A Restorative Space Where Nature and Movement Advance Healing
True rehabilitation does not take place only within the walls of a treatment room. Research and clinical experience show that movement in open spaces, together with adapted physical activity, accelerates both physical and emotional recovery. An open environment that enhances mobility, strengthens functional abilities, and builds physical fitness is a vital part of the journey back to full and independent living.
The Open Rehabilitation Complex, made possible through the commitment of the Gottesman Fund and the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, will transform Loewenstein’s central courtyard into an advanced rehabilitation space for patients and their families.
The complex will feature walking and running paths, adaptive fitness equipment, areas for yoga and Pilates, a therapeutic garden, outdoor treatment rooms, an amphitheater, and open seating areas for families. This holistic space will support functional recovery and foster independence.
The project is ready to begin, but your support is essential to bring it to completion and make it accessible to thousands of patients each year.
Support the Open Rehabilitation Complex at Loewenstein—and be part of the journey back to life.
